Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help our members best leverage our tools to get results. This role is the primary point-of-contact for members, provides onboarding support, manages all member relationships, and drives renewals by encouraging member engagement.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record in program or account management.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new members, provide them with a detailed success plan, and ensure they understand how to leverage program tools and resources.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for members and manage strong, ongoing relationships.
- Drive member engagement through communication strategies, coaching call participation, accountability programs, and by effectively managing members’ submissions.
- Conduct quarterly check-in calls with members to monitor their progress and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Encourage renewals by demonstrating program value and fostering member success.
- Identify community trends and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Implement strategic initiatives to increase member engagement and retention rates and ensure a high percentage of membership renewals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Director, or similar role.
- Strong customer support skills with a passion for problem-solving and relationship-building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in social listening and utilizing feedback to improve brand image and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Airtable
- Experience in account management, customer success, coaching, or business development.
- Experience in managing B2B relationships.
- Experience in organizing and hosting community events and webinars.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
